Towing or crashing??

Tow truck little people

The new favorite thing is to chase the cars around on the car rug. Well, this photo is the nice, mommy version of how these cars were meant to play. However, according to the little guy, they are meant to chase each other, fly around in the air, jump up and down, then CRASH into each other with a spectacular noise, yelling, a trip to the “hospital”, then hopping right back into the cars for more. Oh dear.

    That is how my children play too! Now that tehy are almost four, I see how they play with toys differently, more “life like” imaginary play.

About Parenting Toddlers

Raising a toddler is one of the most rewarding experiences. We learn just how much love we have in the deepest recesses of our hearts and just how deep the well of our patience can go with only three hours of sleep. We learn to see the world from a new perspective and we delight in the very basic achievements of our children.
