Nice hint for toddler food
The Elementary Chef has a great idea for those picky toddler eaters - add eggs to mac & cheese to give some extra protein. I’d expand this by saying that I usually add pureed veggies and/or tofu to things - we have some dairy issues so we don’t really do a lot of cheese, so I’m always sneaking something in there. Rice cheese melted into things works really well also.

Hi there! Just found you … looks like we have a lot in common ‘cept I have two of these in the girl-version. Much fun! Yesterday was particularly fun since we had spaghetti for the first time and I had to actually conduct three phases of clean up on both of them. Ugh. Thanks for the laughs.
